To provide an outlet for men within the church to fellowship and network with other men and churches in any profitable way to enhance their programs and ideas for spreading the gospel. |
Christian Education |
The purpose of the Christian Education Dept. is to SUPPORT as many people as possible in their search for a Christian lifestyle and to educate them about Christ so they may in turn educate others. |
Health Professional |
To prayerfully administer emergency first aid to the general public during Council sessions. |
Minister & Deacons Wives |
To work together for unity of the sisters in understanding their roles in sharing and supporting their spouses' ministries. |
Seniors Alliance |
To get more senior involvement and to address senior topics. |
Singles |
Our strategies is to beginning and maintaining a singles ministry; to provide leadership training for the Illinois single ministry leaders; to be a liaison between our parent body singles: |
Ushers |
To render Godly service to the Illinois District Council or any state function. To keep order in God's house so that the service/minister can function effectively. To help teach and train ushers to become more proficient workers. |
Women Missionary |
To bring together a united body of women interested in helping the whole person, i.e. body soul and spirit. To strengthen the effort of saving souls. |
Young People |
We endeavor to bring together the youth and young adults from throughout the state of Illinois through effective, age appropriate ministry, fellowship and mentoring that will transform lives and create an awareness of who they are in the body of Christ. We will model Christ-like character and empower other youth leaders to disciple the youth in their local church as they walk in integrity and service to God. |
