HISTORY OF THE ILLINOIS DISTRICT COUNCIL

There is no record of the beginning of the Illinois District Council; however, it can be safely assumed that the Illinois Council was formed during the earliest years of the beginning of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World organizing, probably between 1914 or 1915. It is evident from this record that Illinois has played a pivotal role throughout the history of the PAW.
